2024 International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies for Disaster Management (ICT-DM 2024) in its 9^th edition will be held in Setif, Algeria, in November, 2024. The conference is hosted by Setif 1 University - Ferhat ABBAS

Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) have revolutionized the way we communicate with each other in today's world. While regular communications are supported irrespective of the geographical locations of various participants, the strength of the ICT infrastructure in a particular location is also very crucial in cases of both man-made and natural disasters.

ICT-DM 2024 aims to bring together academics and practitioners to learn about the latest research developments, share their experiences and information about this area in general and develop recommendations. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that present original unpublished research on using ICT for detection, prevention, preparation, response and recovery during disaster situations. ICT-DM 2024 conference will provide a supporting forum for encouraging researchers who are involved in pragmatic applications in this domain.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

Extension of selected papers will be published in journal special issues.
